Once that figure was reached a letter was added beneath the numbers beginning with “a” and so on through the alphabet. This letter becomes as much a part of the serial number as the numbers themselves, a point to remember when recording serial numbers on Luger pistols. Luger Identification Guide - Prototype, Commercial & Test Lugers. 1920 DWM/Erfurt Double Date Rework.
Download lame v3.99.3 for windows. FROM ALL THE NUMBERS I SAW,THEY ARE ALL MATCHING. 413 IS THE SERIAL # AND ALL SMALLER PARTS HAD THE LAST TWO OF THE SERIAL STAMPED ON THEM.THUS THE 13.
THE RECEIVER ON THE SIDE.THE BARREL UNDERNEATH AND THE FRONT OF THE TRIGGER GUARD WHERE THE BARREL SLIDES IN. ALTHOUGH ON A WW1 MODEL THERE WAS A GERMAN SCRIPT LETTER FOLLOWING THE SER # TO DENOTE THE SERIES WHICH I DON'T SEE ON YOURS. THERE WERE 9,999 IN THE SERIES THEN THEY STARTED ALL OVER AGAIN WITH THE NEXT LETTER AND SO ON. SOMETIMES THE TRIGGER SIDE PLATE HAD THE FULL # AS WELL. Mr Egg, thank you for sharing your expertise and knowledge about Luger serial numbers. Only one exception was found on my pistol and is noted in the image. My guess is the exception, a 3, is a matching number and is used because a two digit number will not fit.
David loved the aesthetics of the MP- 630, saying this is how every driver should look! Elsewhere it scored highly with Pro Chris liking the looks and enjoying a great ball flight and terrific dispersion stats. This was also one of John’s favourite drivers on test, even as a higher handicapper! He loved the elegant looks and the great feel off the face – although he admitted that when he wasn’t playing well it wouldn’t give him much help. Mizuno mp 001 460 driver. In terms of performance it is designed for the better player and that showed in terms of the forgiveness rating.
Is this correct? The Serial Numbers found are: ** '413 & m' **: Three Locations: barrel; clip- on bottom; frame- front, above the trigger guard ** 413 **: One- frame, left side, close to barrel ** '13': a- Qty two - variable back sight; b- lever above trigger on right; c- qty three - top mechanism; d- saftey mechanism when saftey is on; le- eft side, square plate above the trigger.
IF YOU GET A CHANCE TO REMOVE THE SIDE PLATE, I'LL BET A BOTTLE OF SCRUMPY'S CIDER THAT YOU'LL FIND A #1 BEHIND DOOR #1. SOUNDS LIKE YOU'VE GOT AN ALL-MATCHER! OR IF YOU COCK THE GUN, THAT WILL MOVE THE BARREL GROUP TO THE REAR AND YOU MIGHT SEE THAT #1. TO RELEASE THE BARREL GROUP, DROP THE MAG A HALF AN INCH AND PULL THE TOGGLE BACK AND THAT SHOULD LET THE BARREL GROUP SLIDE BACK TO REST. THERE ARE A LOT OF LITTLE LETTERS PUNCHED IN THE FRAME DURING THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS, SO IF YOU GET GOOD AT BREAKING DOWN THE PISTOL INTO LITTLE MOLECULES, YOU'LL SEE THEM BELOW WHERE THE RECEIVER WOULD SIT. GOOD LUCK AND ENJOY. I'LL SCAN PICS A FRIEND TOOK OF MINE WHEN I GET MY SCANNER OPERATIONAL.

All long-barreled lugers are sought after, but in very good condition, as yours is, with matching numbers and a matching magazine.very rare.
