It looks like everyone has been complaining about the same woman that I am about to. Indoxxi ganool. I had really no issues getting my license and the person who helped me was wonderful (short blond hair who was very sweet). Everything went smoothly for me.

What I witnessed while standing in line though really upset me. This older woman (gray hair) was so condescending and rude to an elderly customer who genuinely was confused and obviously needed help. Instead of providing help like a decent human being, she sat there rolling her eyes at him, being short, and just treating him like he was dirt. After multiple attempts at asking for help on how to fill out the form, the gentleman got flustered/embarrassed and just checked a box because she was so impatient with him. She then had the nerve to say 'just put whatever you want and if it is wrong, it is YOUR fault' SERIOUSLY? He took the time to come here to get a license which is a shitty process to begin with and you are going to sit there knowingly let him make a mistake because you are a fuckin lazy piece of shit. Shame on you.

I would hope that her family member never gets treated the way she treats people. To make things worse, it doesn't even end there. When he gives her the form he filled out, she yanks it from him in such a belittling way. I just couldn't believe it! It was horrible. I hope the DMV manager and supervisor take these complaints seriously.

I don't except for DMVs to be great experience where everyone is all wonderful and bubbly, but I certainly don't expect for them to have an employee represent them the way she did. I understand that this a DMV, and you don't expect the most pleasant of people here, but good grief this place is terrible. I did not see the no cell phone sign, so I was on my phone and the smaller of the two ladies told me to get off of it, which I did. I don't have a problem with that. However, when I was called to the desk she proceeded to go on this rant about not having my phone, and saying to just get off it.

Saying it once was enough since I got off of it the first time it was mentioned and had already put it up when she asked me to! It was just such an excessive reaction, almost seemed as if she wanted to get mad at someone. Drive there and saw it was a cash or check only.
