PRE-DELIVERY Hitch requirements To safely tow your new camper, you'll require the proper hitch. You must use a class two weight carrying hitch with a 2' ball rated to carry to 250 pds and to tow up to 2,000 pds on all models starting from BA 850. On Bonair BA 700 a class one hitch with a 1 7 / 8 ball rated to carry up to 150 pds and to tow up to 1800 pds is large enough. This condition may cause tire or brake failure due to overheating with the possibility for loss of control or tire damage or both. Do not rush through the gear sequence. Stay in the right lane as much as possible. Allow faster vehicles the right of way. Before passing a slower vehicle, be certain that you have sufficient speed and highway space available to safely complete the manoeuvre.
